its gmat tells u that u should have unique answer. that means for a situation to be sufficient it should give u one and only one value of h. case (1) h=+6 also h=-6 both are different so NOT SUFFICIENT case (2) h=-6 and h=-6 note that both the values in this case are the same i.e. -6 so B IN ITSELF ...
