People say that the AWA topics on the OG still appear in the actual exam. Is it true?

Looking through AWA topics and having hard time with them
I'm looking through many old AWA topics, and I'm having difficulties coming up with things to write about. Some topics are really hard. What are some strategies?

Oh even you cancel it, the score will go to your record? Then what's the point of cancelling it. Also, how many times you can take per year?
