Can RATIO be negative?

Consider two points on xy plane A(2,-1) and B(2,1) . Can I say the ratio of x to y coordinates for A and B is same.

k-(r+m)=k-r-m (LHS)
k-r+k-m=(RHS)
or k . (r + m ) not equal to ( k . r ) + ( k . m )
sufficient

what if k is 0 .

You wrote 'LSAT sets(or tests) and Kaplan’s explanations to them' . Where can I find Kaplan's explanations for lSAT questions . I have both LAST Prep Tests however they do not give explanations.

x/|x| <x - this is possible only when x lies between 0 and -1 (excluding 0 and -1 )which means |x|<1 .
