IMO D
This is very confusing though-
I chose D because the conclusion states that if people know about tongue scrapers they will not buy breath freshing products.
So, it will weaken the argument if the people already knows about the tongue scrapers. OA?

I think it is B because of the last sentence of what Kathy says: "And so it was plagiarism even though the owner of the copyrighted material wrote to the newspaper to say that he did not think that Dr. Andrews had intentionally stolen from him." Kelly is saying that it is still plagiarism ...

IMO B.
I thought it was C too, but the conclusion emphasizes the long term waste reduction that goes UNRECYCLED. Then, for C, whether the code is higher after recycled once wouldn't matter I think-
