The GMAT score is definitely something that can be greatly improved on with some practice. Definitely retake. There's no rush; business school is great of people at any stage of their career.

Great job! Definitely believe in yourself and shoot for the top schools. A 750 is in a crazy high percentile.

If you can show a lot of improvement with the scores, that means a lot to schools. Perhaps retaking it is a good idea!

You probably want to go to a school in either the Silicon Valley or NYC, those are the two largest tech scenes and finding internships there would be easy.
