Unable to activate GMATPrep Exam Pack 1

I bought GMATPrep Exam Pack 1 on Sunday May 3 and have not been able to activate the exam pack. I downloaded the exam pack but when I enter the activation code and hit activate button, nothing happens. I restarted my PC gazillion times.
