I used the method of alligation according to my understanding and used approxiamtions to reach to 121.5 as the answer. Could you confirm whether B is the OA so that i can either explain my approach or rework on it if my answer is incorrect?

Shouldn't the answer be 90?
The first place and similarly the 4th place can be filled in 9 ways i.e digits from 1 to 9
The second and the third place can be filled in 10 ways i.e digits from 0 to 9
hence total number of palindromes = 9 X 10 = 90.
Maybe I am missing out some duplication W.r.t the OA.

I guess you missed out on the fact that Ian alone would have taken 10 mins to finish half the jar. Say there were 10 candies in the Jar. Danny takes 5 mins to finish 10 candies. Hence, in 1 min Danny eats 10/5 = 2 candies. Ian takes 10 mins to finish half the jar i.e 10/2 = 5 Candies. Hence , in 1 m...

IMO- C You are correct about the sentence being a run on sentence however the usage of 'which combines' - a non essential modifier would have solved the problem. When a semicolon is used, both the sides of the semicolon need to be individual sentences and need to be related. Option B does not allow ...

According to me B would be the correct answer as it directly relates the usage of audio devices for learning to the impact audio devices have on humans of all ages.
The only problem that I find with this answer is its reference to one third of the population.

Hi Aman, The usage of 'who' here is implied because 'who' cannot be added along with the participle 'differing'. The noun closest to differing is Lutherans and in this case will not directly refer to Calvinists. To make the participle 'resulting', from the first clause, parallel to the second clause...

I was confused as how to derive the equation for the reciprocal for Y. I did 1/y = (1/a + 1/b)/2 and couldn't understand why it's 1/y = 1/2(1/a + 1/b) Hi Rastis, Both the equations you mentioned 1. 1/y = (1/a + 1/b)/2 2. 1/y = 1/2(1/a + 1/b) mean the same. I assume the mistake that you made was in ...
