Set off commas
I learned that we should ignore any modifying phrases set off by commas. But I want to know Can I ignore anything that is set-off by commas. for example any clause mainly dependent.

Answer should be A.
some Blacks return to Africa, the land that,
"The land" non essential appositive, so has to be set-off with Comma or else the meaning will be distorted as it happened in option B

Without drawing...Here is my approach
since OQ=OP (radius)
s^2 +t^2= 4 ------------(1)
since OQ is perpendicular to OP
(t/s)*(- 1/sqrt(3))=-1
=> t=sqrt(3) ...(2)
solving 1 and 2
4s^2=4
S= 1/-1
since S is in 1st quardent then S=1

Hi Rich, Thank you for the reply. If you look at the non underlined part which ends with COMMA.is this usage of comma right here. I don't think option D is wrong because of Not Just..But also
Not Just..But Also..is conjunction pair..and it is correct
