Hi Elena,
Congrats and 590 is a good score.
My target score is 550 and I still cant get it. I took a few prep tests but still I am stuck between 360-400. Can you please tell me how many hrs did you study per day and what materials you used?

620 is a good score. My goal is to get 550, but I am not there yet. How many hrs did u spend per week?

Hi Rupsk,
I am not native English speaker too and I took a tutor from India and honestly he was not worth my money. I did not improve my score.....Make sure you put your money into good hands!

How is the GMAT score calculated???

Can someone explain how is the GMAT score calculated? What are the experimental questions? Has verbal bearing on quant score and vice versa?

I have already hired a tutor from India. We went over some quant but when I saw the score today I was shocked….. started crying!

Hello,
I just took a gmat prep and scored 310(Q24, V12)what a shame! I am very disappointed with my score, I did not study verbal at all and here is what it is but I've studied quant a lot and still nothing. I think I am not smart enough for that exam. It is time to say good bye!

Thank you for posting these passages, they are very helpful. I am from Europe and English is my second language. I am planning to take GMAT in August, but I am afraid of the verbal section a lot. Even AWA scares me…..
