I agree with you. Since th difficulty level of OG questions can not be fairly known, the accuracy rate might need deeper introspection or such an activity may turn even useless. Timing is OK for me. I am very will with in the limits. As yo said, the actual score may be lower than my test scores. Let...

OG 12 Hit rate - 75%

Friends, Overall, my hit rate is 75 % in all the sections individually. I am using OG12. I don't whether it is good or bad. How much importance should be given to be OG hit rates? some times I felt GMAT prep test questions are easier than OG. In my recent two GMAT prep tests, I scored 690 (Q48 V36) ...

IMO E.
The conclusion here is : More virus in NOSE than in MOUTH.

If the research experiments shows the same results for gel (mouth) as well as spray ( NOSE), then in totality, both are ineffective in treating the cold and conclusively there can not be more virus in the nose.

OA-Please.

You are right. With out mastering the basics, it is ridiculous to expect high scores. Now I am getting the essence of SC, with out exactly knowing what the sentence is conveying it is impossible to crack it. Thanks!

Mere 550 in GMAT Prep

:( I have been working hard for the past 2 months. Before that my preparations for 6 months were not focussed. I feel dejected. All that work had not made any difference in my understanding, especially Sentence Correction. My hit rate is constant 60-65%. I am able to dissect sentences correctly and ...

Benpack03,
I dont think Universities will look for individual scores. Even if they do so, they can get a tinge of doubt that why an engineer should score less in Quants? So don't worry. You can get through because of your experience.

It is really sad to know about your experience. I dont think things would be favourable to me, even if you write to GMAC about this. Forget the worst experience. May be everything is happening for your good.

C and D are very close. But D is imprecise because, though the corporations left the place, the degree to which they were polluting the air can not be determined. For this reason, it becomes weaker when compared with C.

When two answer choices are gramatically correct, one should go for the choice, which does not alter the intent of the question stem. You can find more details in Spidey's correction notes. In this case, A is unncessarily wordy. " as many as, or more than" -this is something equivalent to ...

What is the OA explanation? Can you tell us the source? Also it seems that the action of coming close to....something is only compared in A. I think that the question is expecting that only..

Answer choice C is in past perfect tense, which will not suit for this question.
