I have difficulties would imply singular difficulty in multiple things. Apply that to the sentence and it wont make any sense.

A, D E out for "difficulties"

C out for "increasing"

You have nothing else left to eliminate - right answer :-)

"Increasing" also kills it - we cant have a continuous tense here

OA is C but I think that it should be E

What si the median of the set if
a) More than half of the numbers are >=1000
b) less than half of the numbers are <=1000


OA is C however, I'm not sure how that comes out.
