Hi, If you are taking GMATPREP2 after taking GMATPREP1 you will not see any repeat questions. If you are taking one of those a second time, I believe you will see repeat questions no matter what you do. My advice is to just re-solve them as if it is the first time you have seen them and then discoun...

Take it from someone who just took the test. The real thing is almost identicall to GMATPREP except you are nervous. In my case, this translated to 20 poitns less than my clean GMATPREP2 test.

Thanks guys. I guess my friend was particularly lucky - he got it less than 48 hours after taking the exam - really freaked me out because he called me when I was no where near a computer, and I was sure that the grade was waiting for me in my mail:)

I tried inserting my score and those of friends of mine. The calculator is pretty close, but sometimes give ten points too many.

No AWA Score
So it's been a week and one day since exam day and I still haven't received my AWA score. I know other people who took the exam on the same day got it within two days. Any ideas what I can do?
Thanks,
Gil

I honestly think GMATPREP is very close to the real thing in Quantative. To me the verbal on the real thing was a little harder than usual, but tat could have a lot to do with stress. My feelings are that most OG questions are a lot easier than what you see in the exam if you are in the 600 to 700 l...

Hi, For Stamina, I used to take full exams (including essays) and after that make myself solve another 5 to 10 problems. To be honest it wasn't enough - I did run out of gas in the exam and I think I could have done the verbal part better. Regarding timing - to me it's all about making up time in th...

Hi - I think 1 hour is enough to start - but I would take a vacation a week before the exam and really study hard. It worked for me.
Good luck!

Hi Smalisha! Thank you for your message. If you are anything like me, you need evidence that you know the material. I recommend that you take many practice exams before the real thing and keep proving to yourself that you can get the grade you want. Also - keep telling yourself that you will have ad...

The good news is that sentence correction is the easiest to improve of all verbal parts. It's just an issue of memorizing the rules.
Get a good sentence correctino guid and work on them. I am sure you can reduce your errors dramatically.

Which sample test did you take? Some of those out there are a lot harder than the real thing! I scored higher than any sample test I took except for GMATPREP and POWERPREP.
