Kellogg Video Questions
Hi! Do you know what type of questions are going to be in the Kellogg video essay? Are the questions similar to the ones we could get in the interview or are they more personal questions to get to know the candidate's personality?

Recommendation letters - 3 weaknesses
Hi!
I wanted to know if it would look bad that my recommender only addresses 1 weakness when the question asks for 3. My former boss says that she can only think of one and in fact, it was the one thing that she told me while working with her.

where can I apply with a 640?
Reviewing the stats for the schools everybody seems to have 720+. I don't know how everybody manages to achieve that score, but I have taken GMAT 3 times and never could pass the 650 barrier.
