Hi, just wanted to give my opinion... "B" --- "The DA now leaving in the middle of her term was a member of the Federal Party when she took office." ===> This tells us that the "Federal Party" will be choosing the replacement. It does not give us any indication that the...

Hey lHU, Not an expert, however, I will try to explain what I meant... There is a reason that the Quant. section has 37 questions and that the Verbal section has 41 questions. The test will be able to test you on every concept (several concepts in each question at the upper levels), the results will...

Your Verbal score is at the 80th percentile (Blowing the competition out of the water), but your Quant. score is only at the 50th percentile. Seeing that you are in somewhat of a hurry to re-take the exam, I would recommend finding a way to improve your Quant. score (Obviously do not disregard Verba...

Hey Vishal, It is difficult to be critical without having context/background concerning your situation. I am going to assume that you are not a native English speaker, and that you are having most of your issues w/ sentence correction... Honestly, I wouldn't place much weight on your GMAT Prep retak...

"GMAT Prep Don't Lie"

Edit: "GMAT Prep Does Not Lie"_________ I was hoping to post a great success story, filled with basketball references ("Threw it down on the GMAT" "Took the GMAT to school"). Today however, the GMAT humbled me, and so I will remain. Here is a link detailing my final tw...

700+

Hello,

I am looking for a set of sentence correction problems (700+) that best mirrors actual exam problems...

Any recommendations?

Does anyone know the breakdown (difficulty level) of MGMAT's $5 sentence correction set?

Hello, How should I approach the final week? GMAT Prep 2: 730 (Q 49, V 40, I.R. 8) Verbal - 9 Incorrect (5-S.C. 2-R.C. 2-C.R.) I definitely had timing issues (15 questions w/ 15 minutes left) on the verbal section (I finished, however I got four of the last seven questions incorrect). Sentence corre...

Hello,

There are two ways Bob can have one blue and one white marble:

1st pick - Blue --- 2nd pick - White

1st pick - White --- 2nd pick - Blue

5/10 * 2/9 = 10/90

2/10 * 5/9 = 10/90

10/90 + 10/90 = 20/90 = 2/9

The key is... "...claiming the new attendants will alleviate line congestion..." The correct answer is "B", because, if we alleviate one source of line congestion, and in the process, create another source, we never "alleviated line congestion". "E" gives us n...

Clearly, I would not go out and buy the 10th Edition. It would matter because of obsolescence and "Quality versus Quantity". "so even if it were true that the V-guide is made up of those, it would at least be made up of the most useful". <---- Good point though... Thanks for your...
