In the shelve with 50 books each
Total books = 50X
In the shelve with 30 books each
Total books = 50Y
Both of these should be same i.e 50X = 30Y.
i) y = x+6
50X = 30(X+6)
X = 9
Sufficient
ii) X = 9
50X = 30 Y
Replace x value
Y = 15.
Both A& D are sufficient

The Answer is 100% as per book :(. 1/2,1/3 and 3/4 , so compatabile number considered was 240. If there are 240 player total, then there are 1/2*240 = 120 foreign born players and 240-120 = 120 native born players. There are 3/4*240=180 pitchers abd 240-180=60 non-pitchers.
