I go with the answer B.
Because the range of the remainders is 6 does not mean that all the remainders are completely different. there may be some remainders whihc are same or all remainders that are 6.
So A---- data insufficent
Hence I go with B.

the simplar think is is as he is asking the
x^2 - y^2 = (x+y)(x-y)
this is attaained only when the format is in the above fashion so we had only one option in the list above.
hence it is 1/6

I think answer is E. here is My explanantion.
Total distance = y
Total time = (XY/100)/60 + (100-x)y/50*100
Average Speed = Total distance /Total time
= 1/(x/6000 + 100-x/5000)
=30000/(5x + 600 - 6x)
= 30000/(600-x)
hence answer is E.Please Correct me if I am wrong
