Manhattan GMAT for Quant is the best
I found that Manhattan GMAT books are the best for Quant. I went from 36 to 47 in Quant because of Manhattan GMAT.
I found probability and combinatorics to be better in Princeton Review thatn in Manhattan GMAT. However, tbis may be just a personal preference.

Thunderbird
Hi Stacy, Is a GMAT 650 taken twice (1st Q=36,V=42) and 2nd ironically (Q=47,V=31) good enough for INSEAD. Considering that I scored well on V(42) in 1st attempt and Q(47) on 2nd attempt, should I consider taking 3rd time to try (Q47 and V42)? How will schools look at my current scores. Thanks in ad...

3rd take-is it worth?
Hi guys, on my first take I got 650 (Q=36,V=42). On my 2nd take I got 650(Q=47,V=31). The Q jumped 11 points and V dropped 11 points. Sum total same. I remeber losing focus during verbal section on 2nd time. Between my 1st and 2nd take I really packed a punch with MGMAT prep. I got 730 on MGMAT6 and...

H-1B issues
A few years back getting employers to sponsor H-1B was not all that difficult. Now, the H-1B cap for for-profit cos has created problems. you still get a 1 year work auth. based on the degree, however need a H-1B or PR card after that. The Co. may be willing to apply but the quota is only 65k and las...

Thankyou Jelt
Thankyou Jelt,
Your feedback is very valuable. Iam already studying to improve my quant. I have done some community service that I did not post because it is too little. Iam anyways going to volunteer for some activites this year whether it improves my application or not.

Atypical Profile
Hey Guys, Iam sorry to bother you all with this. However, I have a wierd profile. I wonder if anybody can comment. I have put things in chronological order because my work exp. is interspread between degrees. Also, I have tried to present more facts in order to paint a relatively detailed picture. N...
