Is there a difference b/w the following 2 usages here?
"most people seeing"
"most people who see"
I eliminated "most people seeing" in my 1st split. And "it" in the 2nd. But if "seeing" is correct, I lucked out!

While solving D stood out clearly to me. But while reviewing, I noticed that OG explanation calls E a Strengthener - how? I thought it was a very weak weakener and discarded it. Could one of the experts please help me comprehend this thought?

I didn't know what the heck is an addition table and got it wrong. But after understanding what the heck is this addition table, I think the quickest solution could be:
m + n
= (e + y) + (z + 4)
= (e + y) + ((10 - e) + 4)
= 14 + y
= 14 + (-5 - 4)
= 5
