Before john won the lottery, he had been (past perfect first event) a poor farmer.

I think it is E because the singular Subject believe takes the Singular Verb 'is', so a, b, d are out. Now b/w C and E because of change of words in C I go with E

5280/y gives u the number of revolutions the tire make per mile.

multiplied by x gives u the total no of revolutions done per hour.

(5280/y)*x

7 when multiplied by 7 follows a sequence to the end which repeats.

7=7
7^2=49
7^3=343
7^4=2041
7^5=7

so 7,9,3,1 keeps on repeating. given x is a positive integer. let it be 1 7^15 will end with 3 and +3 will give u a 6 to last. so 1 will be the remainder.

r v missing anything in the question? it say jus c took 5 more hours from the meet point and D took 3.12 hours from the meet point. selecting 2 from 5 is 5c2=10

for favorable now selecting 2 red from 3 is 3c2=3

the meter should show the reading 9 after travelling 9km right, but it ll show 10 as the digit 9 is missing. the repetition sequence ll be 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 0(9 is missing). did u get it cans?
