Unconventional profiles
Is there any online resource where I can view those with unconventional profiles who got admitted to top B-schools? What I mean is people with low GPA, Low GMAT, Less work ex., who got admitted due to something in their profile that made up for those LOWs.

Entrepreneurial Experience
Are any of the top 20 B-Schools in US known for a preference towards entrepreneurial experience? While I understand that entrepreneurial experience might be respected by all, are there any specific ones that provide it more weight such that it can make up for any other shortcoming in the applicant's...

While I understand that there wont be an official cut off age for any school, what I was trying to check was what are the chances for someone reaching mid 30's in HBS or other top schools. you have already answered that. Thanks for that.

This is something that is of concern to me also. A younger avg. age is fine but what I would like to know is that what is the max. age they take and what are those profile types?
Also, how much of a factor is age in other top B-schools in US?

For such questions, the best approach is to make a table Maths Non-Maths Total Male 180 (420) 600 Female (220) (180) (400) Total 400 The figures in the above table are those that we have calculated. Hence, the ratio of males to females not opted for maths = 420/180 = 7/3 The table is not coming nice...

Are such cricket based questions asked in GMAT? Cricket is not a common game in major parts of the world especially not in the Americas. Winnie - you have the right solution but the question does not say 4 consecutive days. It says any 4 days out of 7 consecutive days. That is the reason we take 7C4. If it had been 4 consecutive days, the approach would be different. Another way of looking at it would be as that of rearranging the le...

I am confused between A & B. Although I have been told that B (Better Job Satisfaction) is the correct answer I strongly believe that the reference to reluctance of Incorporation A to retrench its employees gives some credibility to Organisation ethos.
Experts - Any comments?

S.P = 160; Loss% = 20; So C.P(of 45 Oranges) = 200/-
C.P of 1 orange = 200/45
Suppose she sells n oranges
C.P of n oranges = (200/45)*n
Profit % = 20; S.P of n oranges = 112
So 1.2 * (200/45)*n = 112
n = 21
