On the first one, the question says "what is the probility that they will add up to 3"
Don't you think number of favorable cases are [0,1],[0,2][0,3][1,2] which means probability should be 4/6=>2/3..something appears to be incorrect..question/answer choices or my interpretation..

PLS PLS PLS ADVICE : Just took Kaplan test.
Hi All..My GMAT is on 30 Jan..I took Kaplan free test today and here is what i got.
Overall 620
Quant 42
Verbal 34
I'm really disappointed with this score...Is Kaplan an accurate representation of what we get in actual GMAT???
Appreciate any advice on this..

Is B the correct answer? Here is how i tried..not sure if it is correct. HEAT could be a race. Case 1 : A won by 1/10 of a minute (6 seconds) i.e Tb-Ta=6 I think giving a headstart means B had to run 48m less or A started race when B was already 48 m ahead.. i.8 (432/Sb)-(480/Sa)=6 -----Equation I C...

Is E the right answer..question is asking f(a+b)=f(a)=(b)
evaluating for E as per Suyog, f(a+b)=-21;f(a)=-6;f(b)=-15..so, how does f(a+b)=f(a)=f(b)..

Is this same as log(a)N=log(b)N/log(b)a..I thought this is the correct one.
