What should be the strategy
I started my GMAT prep one week back. Finished PR. But struggling with Verbal specially SC. Getting a hit rate of 60%. How should I move ahead. I intend to spend 30 hrs for verbal prep.

Yes, IMO answer should be C. Lobbied suggests the past tense and of course the ambiguity in 'lobbied for stadiums with fewer seats' .
