Just got the official scores back and I got a 6.0 on the AWA. I have to say that Knewton's AWA feedback (available if you are enrolled and email them) was right on the mark. In addition, Knewton's AWA videos helped me organize how I was going to tackle the prompts.

From most of what I have read, HBS cares more about GPA then GMAT. So you might be ok. Good luck with the apps though.
