What is the source of this problem? The only thing I can think of is that synthesize means "combine" in the answer choice.

Question about GMAT Score

What would the adcoms consider a better score breakdown for a native english speaker(US born) with a BS in computer science.

1) Q49 V35 - 690
2) Q44 V40 - 700

what is wrong with the above logic 1/20+1/30 = 1/12 and that's equivalent to 12 days to do the job this means that A quited after completing the second day... so: A did 2/20 =1/10 of the job B did 2/30 =1/15 of the job on the second day together they did (1/10)+(1/15) = 1/6 of the job if B takes 30 ...

got it. I was just curious if A could be a possible answer because the volunteers didn't pick up litter the previous Monday, so that is the reason for double the litter.

even i got 62th wrong. Can somebody explain? I feel it should be D. Any comments I got 62 and 66 wrong.
