School Visit: Admissions Officer

Post Sun Nov 20, 2016 4:29 pm
Good Evening-

I am visiting two schools in the next few weeks and am working on setting up meetings with students and professors. I was wondering if it was appropriate to email one of the admissions directors and ask to introduce myself if they have time as unfortunately an information session is not part of the program. Thanks for the advice.

Yes, this is appropriate and also a good way to let the adcom know you are visiting the school (shows commitment and dedication).
