IMO A

Consequence Of is the correct Idiom I think.
If the problem is Easy Respect it, if the problem is tough Attack it

The correct answer should be A.

This a general sitution -use simple present.See MGMAT SC guide berb tense

Eliminate C [resulted],and E [sat]

We are left with A,B,and D

The correct idiom is " a consequence of something" NOT " a consequence from".Eliminate B

In D damaged is incorrect [impairment is damaged].This doesn't make sense. The ability to hear is damaged not the impairment itself.

We are left with A
