Hello everyone,
I am an entrepreneur from Lebanon. I have a Pharm-D Degree and I founded a pharmaceutical distribution company seven years now.
I have managed all aspects since day one. The company is growing and I want to join an MBA program to have some global experience (maybe a couple of years) and then come back and grow my company more, or why not start something new.
So this is my profile:
-GMAT: 680
-Graduate grades: good/average (french university)
-TOEFL: 118
i want to live in a big city so I'm targeting NYU Stern or Columbia in NY; Some have suggested Sloan Fellows MBA (since i have extensive experience).
What are my chances to join these programs.
Thankful for any help that might come my way!
Appreciate guidance.

Hi there,
Thanks for posting. It sounds like you've accomplished a lot in your business, congrats, and no doubt have gained invaluable experience in a wide range of areas. Schools will likely appreciate that perspective you'll have to contribute. It sounds as though your GMAT is a touch lower than the average at those schools, just a heads up. As for MIT Sloan Fellows, they look for 10+ years of experience so sounds like that might not apply. Anyway be sure to work on those essays to differentiate yourself; let us know what other q's you have and good luck!
