hey.. please can someone explain the answer to this question.


Rejecting the apprenticeship model of training social workers in

convinced of social work education belonging in the university so
that
students could be offered a broad range of courses dealing
with social issues.

a. of social work education belonging in the university so that
b. that social work education should be in the university, and that

e. of the necessity of social work education being in the university and.

"that" after convinced is correct

"Convinced that" and not "convinced of" is appropriate here based on the meaning the sentence is conveying.

was convinced and belonged-> simple past tense

Also D uses "where" correctly to refer to the university in addition to keeping the tenses consistent

We want to point the courses are in the university unlike choice B which does not clearly convey this meaning

It's good not to switch the tenes in a sentence midway unless there is a need to. Here simple past would work fine.

Had selected B first ...but ...Convinced that.................that sounds redundant hence D
