question on GMATprep

Hi, I saw many people saying GMATprep is one of the best predictors for the actual exam results.

Is the GMATprep the practice materials from Manhattan gmat review, the testmaster's gmatprep, or from somewhere else? Can someone clarify for me? Much appreciated. Thanks.

GMAT Prep can be downloaded for free from MBA.com. I believe it is GMAC that created the test from retired GMAT questions.
