You're young, which will appeal to HBS, but don't seem to have the kind of career acheivement or demonstrated leadership they look for.. Sure HBS woould help you prepare for leadership, but they are interested in what you will contribute, not how you will benefit. HBS likes to get folks who have already achieved leadership accomplishments and demonstrate an extrordiary amount of leadership potential. The other problem with your HBS aspirations is that they get about 5000 applications every year from Indians with a family business background and aspriation. You will need to be very creative in how you communicate your story so that you stand out amongst these other applicants with a similar or identical background and goals.
