Hello georgepaul0071987, thanks for your question.
Your GMAT is solid, though I think the verbal score is slightly below the 80% mark I typically recommend for the top programs. This should not be a dealbreaker, though.
Ultimately, our competitiveness will come down to the quality of your leadership experience in and out of work. Can you draw upon "moments" when you truly led: influenced individuals and organizations, drove results, took initiative? I think your work at your family business is a potential differentiator. Most candidates will not have managed 30-40 people. I'd lead and lean on this experience to differentiate yourself. Moreover, your work with the school for underprivileged children could make for a great essay. In terms of extracurricular activities, generally, what you've done more recently has more weight than what you did in university/school.
For any candidate, Harvard, Wharton, and Kellogg are not givens. I think you could take a shot at those, but I advise mitigating risk by also including some safer choices.
Best of luck,
Brian

Hi georgepaul0071987,
My profile is exactly similar to yours with similar work experience, gmat scores and even hobbies! Was wondering what all colleges did you end up applying and did you get any calls ?
Many thanks!

Hello,
I'm not aware of any online courses, and that wouldn't really be my recommendation anyway. I would suggest focusing on your essays and ensuring that they are well-written-- structurally sound, grammatically correct, etc. Beyond that, I don't think there is that much you can do outside of retaking the GMAT.
Good luck!
