Thanks so much for posting and I'm terribly sorry for the delay. Was traveling on CS business and my inbox got a bit away from me. But now I'm back so let's get into things!
So I'm afraid I don't have the best news for you here - your already having an MBA really puts a damper on things. On top of that, at your age, full time (even 1 year programs) aren't going to be huge fans. Given your experience and leadership credentials, you're far more suited for a part time program. That said, you would need to be employed in the States for most programs to be ok with it.
The question they would ask - and I will also ask is - why do you need your 2nd MBA and why can't you get to the US / Europe / Canada by yourself now?
