Hi Soumava,
The details provided by you are insufficient to assess your chances, mention about your overall profile, include about your extracurricular activities, awards and achievements at work place and outside work place. B-schools judge you mainly on your qualitative aspects like application essays/recommendations, resume and finally how you perform during interview so it is very difficult to assess your chances at this point. Focus on starting your application in parallel to GMAT prep. If you are planning to apply this year after your GMAT then you will end up with less than one month to prepare for ISB and INSEAD application. So plan and prepare well. 4 years work ex is ideal to apply for ISB and INSEAD, target 700+ GMAT score to add value to your candidature. Hope this helps...

Manish

Dear Soumavadutta,
The information provided in your post is too scanty to make a realistic assessment. Purely going by the stats here, suffice it to say that we've seen folks enter both the schools. But on a deeper level, it depends on what you've done during those 4 years that differentiate you from the crowd.
Read here, here, here and here for some more stories to build your perspective on this.
