A, is my pick. Seems like D has "based on" repeated which is redundant.

IMO E.

A) seems to be wordy.
B) Never use participle forms of verb unless otherwise there is a comparison between two different time frames.
C) Seems redundant
D) Doesn't sound correct to me!

idiom unite with

so C or E

in C - united each other with - sounds strench for me

so IMO E

What is OA?

OA is D. I am confused about that the verb "united" should be used in passive tense?

i think united is used in active way,
these composer can do unitely to form the FIVE
