in 6 hours machine x produces K bottles
so, in 1 hour it will produce K/6 bottles
Similarly, in 1 hour machine y will produce K/2 bottles
Together, in 1 hour they will produce K/6 + K/2 = 4K/6 bottles
4K/6 bottles can be produced in 1 hour
1 bottle can be produced in 6/4K hours
12K bottles will be produced in [6*12K]/4K = 18
