Hi MWilliams,
Thanks for your post. To be honest, I don't have too much experience on this topic, although many of my previous clients had masters degrees
My guess is AdCom will look at your Masters similar to your work experience: Why did you get a Masters. How did/does it fit into your story/post-MBA career. Your achievement while in the program (GPA, awards).
Many applicants with tech/engineering backgrounds have master's degree, so I don't believe it is necessarily a significant point of differentiation.
