Hi Ma'am,
I am confused as to whether as to I should apply for fall 07 or wait. I have a good score of 770 but my work ex is no where near to the average.
I have a solid academic background as well. Please review my profile and suggest on :
1. list of probable schools for fall 07?
2. wait for some time? If yes...what should I work upon to better my channces next time and which schools for next time.
Also I am targetting only US b-schools.
Profile:
GMAT: 770 (50 Q, 45 VA, 5 AWA)
TOEFL: 109/120 ibt
UG: Indian Institute of technology, B.tech in textiles
Work ex: IBM Global Services India Pvt. Ltd
Designation: Associate System Engineer after a promotion.
Aug ’05 – Present (1.5 yrs)
Achieved IBM’s ‘BRAVO’ award for consistent performance, self motivated, passion driven team player.
IBM Training, Pune, India Software Engineer Aug ’05-Sept ‘05
ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Project Objective – Integration of ECG sensors onto textile for online and unobtrusive monitoring of heart functioning for patients
As a part of 2 members team completed the integration module of the project in 9 months. It was later exhibited at ‘I2Tech’ (IIT Delhi, 2005) and was also published in leading newspaper (Times of India) due to its ease of use and high usefulness. Prototypes have been in use at the prestigious, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (New Delhi, India)

I suggest you wait. You will have more time to demonstrate leadership at work and in extracurriculars. Also, deadlines are so close that if you start now you may not have enough time to put together a very strong story. yeah i guess i should wait...but I would really be very thankful if you could answer this question very briefly...
list of probable schools for fall 07?
I am applyin this time tho'...jus tryin my luck...i am thru wid my essays, recos, resume, transcripts...i am refining the essays...and will apply...gmat toefl scores already sent out...keepin my fingers crossed...and i think many of the colleges giv a feedbak...which may help me in my next attempt at it...
