The Interview was mostly about leadership and team situations.
The Questions were mostly aimed at understanding your style of leadership and your ability to work in team situations especially when working with diverse teams.
MSU places a lot of stress on teamwork and most activities and assignments are team based.
Keep that in mind if and when you interview with them.
Otherwise, their admissions people are really nice and accomodating.
