Folks:
I've decided to get rid of the Beat The GMAT Wiki. The reason why is that this resource is too susceptible to SPAM and it isn't very easy to update.
I will be replacing the wiki with a del.icio.us link. I'm really looking forward to implementing del.icio.us because this system has a great tagging interface and should hopefully make it easier for you to find the resources that you need.
I expect to have the transition from wiki to del.icio.us completed before the end of this month (Oct 07).
Thanks! _________________ Eric

Why
Intentionally
Kill
Interest ....
in WIKI??
You got a valid reason though! Looking forward to delicious? Will there be a timelag between having Wiki down and delicious up? Hopefully not, members like me who choose to print something might just pick that unopportune day. |

Haha, I like your acronym.
There will be NO time lag with the transition. The list of resources will always be available to members. _________________ Eric

Just setting expectations: I now expect this transition to happen before the end of November. Don't worry, there will be no data lost at all to you dring the transition! _________________ Eric

Wanted to let folks know that I'm still moving ahead with this project. I just finished transporting the resource links on the wiki to the following URL: http://del.icio.us/beatthegmat
Using del.icio.us is a much more scalable way to quickly add additional resources in the future. Moving forward, I am only going to update this directory and not the wiki with new links.
Thanks! I hope to finish the rest of this transition work before the end of the month. _________________ Eric

I've finished work updating the new directory and resources page! The wiki page will be no longer available in the next few days... _________________ Eric
