Dr. A: The new influenza vaccine is useless at best and possibly dangerous. I would never use it on a patient.
Dr. B: But three studies published in the Journal of Medical Associates have rated that vaccine as unusually effective.
Dr. A: The studies must have been faulty because the vaccine is worthless.

Just b/c doctor recommends it does not mean it MUST be good.

Dr. A's argument is not reasoned and circular.

My vote for C, which is also ill-reasoned and circular in logic.

I think B is correct
It follows the same logic
In question medical asoociation recommends but but dr A rejects their findings and says "they must be faulty"... that means he doesnt trust medical association at all....

only B gives same sort of logic...

Is B more appropriate?

C, D and E are similar. Their conclusions are made according to the statistics. The comment by Dr. A is suggesting he refutes the validity of the medical report.

I would go for B.

The doctor says the medicines are worthless as he doesn't believe in the studies which say medicine is effective.
Similarly in B, author doesn't believe Jerrold Jersey, and hence he doesn't like his milk.
