If x and y are positive, is x^3 > y?
(1) sqrt x > y
(2) x > y

Why not B?

If x and y are both positive integers, than x^3 > would always be true, but but if it's they're less than 1, say x=0.9 and y=0.8, then x > y, but x^3 < y.
