what is the value of a and b?

In {a, 3, b, a + b}, what is the value of a and b?


(1) a + b is a common prime divisor of 56 and 112.

(2) a and b are prime numbers.

Choice A - 56 & 112 have two common prime factors i.e. 2 and 7. INSUFF

Choice B - a and b are prime nos. INSUFF

Together, a and b can only be 2 and 5.
Choice C is the right answer.
