Sims: I don’t want to make age an issue in this campaign, so I will not comment on your youth and inexperience.

A - "many old people" : Out of scope,cannot be concluded from this statement.
B - "are the only people" : again out of scope
C - "Some young people" : irrelevant
E - Generalized statement, appears like a universal truth.Cannot be concluded.There is no mention about "young people's point of view"
