It might be tempting to choose "like" instead of "as" here since businesses
looks very much like a noun, but it is actually a clause "businesses do"
where the "do" is implicit.

Option A.
This is the correct answer as it explains what the two uses of the 'corporate apartment' also the use of 'as' makes this option suitable as a pick of choice
Option B.
The use of 'like' here makes this option incorrect, like is basically use for proper nouns.
Option C. This option is wrongly constructed and does not follows parallelism, thus, incorrect.
Option D.
Does not follow parallelism Thus incorrect.
Option E.
this option suffers wrong modifier and verb to be using. Thus, incorrect.
