You've already covered the hosting expense in advance so this might not help much but i did some serching myself for hosting a website. The cheapest i came across wwere those being hosted on a linux server. Also i think google has palns of launching hosting services. Anything being launched by google is usually more than just good so u might want to look into that. Also i may not be that thorugh so there maybe better options oout there.
