Hello,

From the information you've provided, you're qualified for top MBA programs. The drawback is being in the Indian IT group. However, it looks from your work description that you've had lots of leadership, business interface, and global experience, as well as interaction with elite customers. Moreover, you've taken initiative and can show impact in recent community activities (albeit work community). These factors will help you distinguish yourself within this group.

I would consider you to be a viable candidate for programs of the level of Haas - it would be a reasonable reach (I'd say on-par, but its low acceptance rate makes it essentially a reasonable reach for anyone no matter how qualified) with a stellar application (and please note, a stellar app is imperative in your situation - Indian IT and targeting top programs). MIT Sloan might be another. You could justifiably target any top level schools that meet your program/curricular needs. An on-par-level program might be Cornell.

Best regards,
