hi,
I had given first Manhattan exam and scored 660, my goal is 730+ so am I on right path? How are these tests weigh against the real test?

GMATPrep tests are good score indicators. Test your progress with them. Other test prep mocks can be used to know where you go wrong/which section you are weak and for testing experience.
Getting defeated is just a temporary notion, giving it up is what makes it permanent.

One mock test is no use in determining whether you are on the right path. Did you have to guess on questions? Did you leave some blank? Did you get some correct that you didn't fully understand? The right path is one of improvement. You need two points to determine the slope of a line.
