1 gram of health food has 7 percent of the minimum daily requirement of vitamin E

so 100% of the minimum daily requirement of vitamin E will be present in 100/7 or 14.28 gram approximately

1 gram of health food has 3 percent of the minimum daily requirement of vitamin A

so 100% of the minimum daily requirement of vitamin A will be present in 100/3 or 33.33 gram approximately
since 33.33>14.28 ..minimum 33.33 gram of health food must be eaten to provide at least the minimum daily requirement of both vitamins.
Nearest ans is option E
