This is a simple question. Here is the trick:-
1) Find the present error in the given sentence structure.
The error is about SVA. 'Health Benefits' is plural. Hence, instead of 'comes' we have to use 'come'
Therefore choices (A) and (B) are out.
2) Look for the next error.
The error is about pronoun reference.
In sentence (E), 'they' could refer to either 'health benefits' or 'compounds'. That makes the sentence ambiguous. Hence, rule out option (E).
3) Look for the next error.
Between choices (C) and (D), one may face difficulty to choose one of them, but again the trick read the whole sentence as a one.
In choice (C), it is stated that "compounds found in....". That is but obvious that compounds always found in any substance but is it referring to the same compounds about that we talking about?
Answer is may be or may be not. So we need restrictive clause over here. We can make option (C) as restrictive clause by adding word 'THAT' to it.
By introducing the keyword THAT, it is now clear that we are talking about same components that are the same anti-oxidants that are found in tea.
So, we can see that option (D) provides the correct alternative of option (C) because option (D) uses the restrictive clause format.
Hence choose (D).
Hope this clears your doubt.

Between C and D, We can also see the correct usage of parallelism in Draptor84 wrote:Most of the purported health benefits of tea comes from antioxidants—compounds also found in beta carotene, vitamin E, and vitamin C that inhibit the formation of plaque

C. come from antioxidants—compounds also found in beta carotene, vitamin E, and vitamin C, and inhibit
D. come from antioxidants—compounds that are also found in beta carotene, vitamin E, and vitamin C and that inhibit
OA is D
hence Choose D
Rest of the errors are explained by our colleague above
