Answer of 5 is D, not E.
I am aware that answer to 5 is D not E. But for D to be the answer, E must be supported in the passage. Where ?

Oh, I got what you are saying.
There is a statement in this RC which says "protein carries four times its weight in water." It means that 5 grams of protein will have 20 grams of water.
